Old School New World is a blog about dealing with the modern world, but having ties to how things use to be.  Imagine a balloon floating in the sky. It is flying high, yet it is tethered by a string that is attached to the finger of a child.

There are many people who have difficulties relating to technology, but it is not because they are ignorant, it is because their reference points are different. Try explaining Morse Code to someone who has only used an I Phone or Android Phone. Or better yet, show someone how to telegraph a message as opposed to texting. The reverse is the same for many people as technology takes the vacuum train (fastest train know to man at this time) forward.
